摘要
本文针对某公司风电齿轮箱高速中间轴出现的齿面断裂,通过对高速中间轴进行宏观浸蚀检验、材料成分分析、金相检验、显微硬度检验、非金属夹杂物检验、微观形貌检验等方法寻找裂纹产生原因。结果表明:风电齿轮箱高速中间轴齿轮断齿属于早期疲劳,烧伤是引起齿轮疲劳的主要原因,其次夹杂物超标也促进了齿轮的失效。
To find the fracture reason of the high speed intermediate shaft of wind power gearbox, Macroscopic etch test, Material composition analysis, Metallographic examination, Microhardness test, Non-metallic inclusion inspection and Microscopic examination were carried out on the high speed intermediate shaft. The results shows that: The chemical composition of the gear teeth meets the requirements of the chemical composition standards of 18CrNiMo7-6;There is obvious burn zone about 30μm depth on the broken tooth working face,and the hardness of the carburized layer is obviously lower than the normal one. The crack originates near the pitch circle, and spread horizontally along the direction of the pitch circle, fracture occurs in the form of fatigue fracture finally. Burn is the main reason of gear failure, non-metallic inclusions exceed standard also promote the failure of the gear.
