摘要
通过利用直读光谱仪、光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪等检测仪器,对某焊接件法兰侧的化学成分、力学性能和裂纹附近以及基体的显微组织进行分析和测试,找出了法兰开裂的原因。结果表明:由于法兰材料中含有较多的呈串联状和堆积状分布的氮化钛类非金属夹杂物,导致法兰在加工过程中于串联状夹杂物处因应力集中而形成微裂纹。
The cracking causes of flange of a weld part were analyzed by using direct reading spectrometer, optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy diffraction spectrometer (EDS) to analyze the chemical compositions, mechanical properties, microstructure and fracture of the flange. The results show that there were a lot uf titanium nitride incluskms distributing in cluster and cumulate shape in material of the flange, and the cracks started from these inclusions because of stress concentration during machining process.
