摘要
某公司生产的HRB500E高强度抗震钢筋在冷弯试验中发生脆断现象。利用直读光谱仪、光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪等分别对脆断钢筋的化学成分、显微组织、断口形貌及夹杂物成分等进行了检验和分析。结果表明:钢液氧化所产生的大量超长、超宽硅酸盐类夹杂物是导致该HRB500E高强度抗震钢筋冷弯脆断的主要原因。
The HRB500 E high-strength aseismic steel bars produced by a company were displayed brittle fracture during the cold bending test. The chemical compositions,microstructure,fracture morphology and inclusion compositions of the brittle fractured steel bar were examined and analyzed by direct reading spectrometer,optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer,respectively. The results show that a large number of ultra-long and ultra-wide silicate inclusions caused by molten steel oxidation were the main reason for the cold bending brittle fracture of the HRB500 E high-strength aseismic steel bars.
