摘要
KSAIBs作为人力资源个体素质指标的集合,包含知识、技能、能力、中介变量和行为5个要素。依据教育增值理论,学生接受中职教育后KSAIBs的增进幅度,可直接反映中职教育质量。遵循中职教育技能型人才培养目标,结合政府、企业及学生对提升中职教育质量的要求,应用Delphi法,将中职学生KSAIBs各要素分解为21项指标,构建中职教育质量评价指标体系;应用AHP法,确定了KSAIBs各要素指标权重,构建中职教育质量评价模型,并提出了具体实施方法。
KSAIBs is a collection of individual human resources quality indicators, including knowledges, skills, abilities, intervening variables and behaviors. Based on the theory of value-added education, students' KSAIBs value-added rate after secondary vocational education is considered to directly reflect the education quality of secondary vocational school. According to the goal of skillful personnel training of secondary vocational education and requirements for quality improvement of secondary vocational education from the government, enterprises and students, this article decomposed the KSAIBs of secondary vocational school students into 21 indicators and constructed the quality evaluation index system of secondary vocational education using Delphi method. Using AHP method, each index weight of KSAIBs was determined, and the quality evaluation model of secondary vocational education was established. Also the corresponding implementation measures were put forward.
