摘要 建立-种海水中的亚硝酸根离子测定方法.采用配备紫外可见分光光度检测器的离子色谱仪,选用高容量、强亲水性的AS11 阴离子分析柱,以40mmol/L NaOH 水溶液为流动相,流量为1.0mL/min,样品经0.45 μm滤膜过滤后直接进样.选定210nm 的波长进行检测,海水中的氯离子对检测无干扰.亚硝酸根离子在0.05~200mg/L 内呈现良好的线性关系,线性系数为0.9995,方法检出限为0.01mg/L.测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.51%(n=11),样品加标回收率为99.5%.该方法操作简便,具有良好的精密度与准确度,能够实现海水中亚硝酸根离子的快速检测. The method was established for determination of nitrite in seawater by ion chromatography with UV–VISdetector. The high capacity and strong hydrophilicity AS11 anion analytical column was used,the mobile phase was 40mmol/L NaOH solution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and the sample was filtered by 0.45 μm membrane. 210 nm wasselected for the detecting wavelength without interference of large amounts of chloride ions in seawater. The linear range ofthe calibration curve was 0.05–200 mg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 5, the detection limit was 0.01 mg/L.The relative standard deviation of determination results was 0.51%(n=11) and the recovery was 99.5%. The result showedthat the method was simple,reliable and suitable for quikcly determining nitrite in seawater.
