摘要
传统的柱法检测硝酸盐含量,操作时间长,且的挥发对人体产生毒性。本实验通过硝酸盐还原酶将硝酸盐还原为亚硝酸盐,再利用已经研制出的亚硝酸盐检测试纸对亚硝酸盐进行检测,从而得出硝酸盐含量。
Detecting content of nitrate in foodstuff by traditional way of cadmium-pole,wastes lots of time and cadmium's volatilization gives birth to toxicity to body.The experiment deoxidizes nitrate to nitrite by nitrate-deoxidied-enzyme.After checking nitrite with developed nitritetest—strip,the content of nitrate is educed.
