摘要
抽油机作为油田主抽采设备,其结构件多为焊接结构。抽油机结构件焊接接头基本上为角接接头,连续焊缝,焊接工作量大。文中针对抽油机结构件焊缝进行研究,利用Solid Works三维建模软件平台,借助ANSYS有限元软件对其进行分析优化。通过有限元软件分析,在保证结构强度的基础上,优化焊接方式与焊脚高,结构件焊缝优化后设计更加合理,结构更加稳定,有效地提高了生产效率,降低了焊材消耗。
Pumping units almost applies welded structures. Corner joints and continuous wehting are mostly used in structural welding,which consumes a lot of time. SolidWorks and ANSYS are used to optimize the wehling seam of pumping structure. Based on the structural strength assurance, wehting method and fillet weld leg are optimized to realize more reasonable structure of welding seam for improving production efficiency and reducing welding materiel consumption.
