相变温度对焊接残余应力影响的有限元模拟分析

摘要 利用有限元分析软件ANSYS模拟了考虑相变的受刚性拘束的焊缝金属和十字接头的应力变化过程,讨论了相变温度在室温至800℃之间的9种不同材料的残余应力,并分析了相变温度对焊接残余应力的影响。模拟结果表明:在相变作用下,随着相变开始温度的降低,焊接结构中的残余拉伸应力逐渐减小,甚至可以转变为压缩应力;相变开始温度为300℃左右时,十字焊接接头的残余压缩应力值最大。 The stress of rigid-constrained weld and cruciform joint affected by transformation was simulated by finite element software ANSYS,and the residual stresses of 9kinds of materials with the transformation temperature from room temperature to 800℃ were discussed,the influence of transformation temperature on weld residual stress was also analyzed.The results show that the welding residual tensile stress decreases gradually with the decline of transformation starting temperature under the effect of transition,and even changes into compressive stress.When the transformation starting temperature is about 300℃,the residual compressive stress in cruciform joints has the maximum value.
