摘要
与传统的傅里叶(FFT)变换相比,小波具有优良的时频局部放大特性,其变焦特性能够细化频谱,在对故障信号提取方法中占有重要的位置。文章详细介绍了小波分析的理论基础,旋转机械故障的种类及其诊断原理和依据,系统阐述小波在故障诊断中的应用。通过与实际实验结果对比,验证了小波包分析在旋转机械故障诊断中的可行性。
Wavelet had good time-frequency localization amplification properties, With the traditional Fourier transform com- pared. The refined spectrum could be approximated by its multi-resolution nature. In the fault signal extraction method occupies an important position. This paper introduces the basic theory of wavelet analysis, and the types of Rotating Machinery fault. The fault diagnosis method using wavelet analysis to progress signal was focused on. By comparing with the actual test results, verify the wavelet analysis in rotating machinery fault diagnosis feasibility.
