摘要
异步电动机为各种生产过程中使用最为广泛的能量转换装置。针对异步电动机转子出现导条或端环断裂时,定子电流中会出现故障特征的频率分量的问题,考虑到此信号的特点,利用基于复解析带通滤波器的复调制细化频谱分析法和能量重心校正法提取信号所需频率成分的特性,克服了传统基于FFT分析方法难以提取故障特征频率分量的难点,并通过软件编程实现故障信号的有效检测。
The inductive motors are widely used as energy conversion device in various procedure of production. When the rotor-bar or endring faults occurs in the inductive motors, there is an additional stator current, whose frequencies are the signature of faults. According to the special features of these signals, the method of multiple modulation zoom spectrum analysis based on multiple analytical band-pass filter and energy centrobaric correction is proposed to detect the fault signals. The difficulty in the pick-up of fault characteristic frequency on traditional FFT analysis is overcome, and the fault detection is realized by programming.
