摘要
全矢谱技术作为一种全信息技术,能够有效融合同一截面两个相互垂直传感器的信号信息,准确地提取机械故障的关键特征信息。针对全矢谱在密集频谱情况下使用精度会降低的问题。提出一种将全矢谱理论和基于复解析带通滤波器选带细化方法相结合的复解析细化全矢谱,具有信息全面和高分辨率的特点,运算效率高于具有相同分辨率的普通全矢谱。仿真计算表明,复解析细化全矢谱可应用于旋转机械故障诊断中,对密集型频谱进行有效的分析。
Vector spectrum technology is a fusion technology which can effectively integrate the channel information of a cross section based on two orthogonal channels and accurately extract the key characteristics of machine failure complex analytical zoom vector spectrum associating vector spectrum theory with zoom method based on complex analytical band-pass filter put forward against to the lower precision of traditional vector spectrum in intensive spectrum environment.It was provided with the characteristic of full information and high resolution and its computation efficiency was higher than that of the ordinary vector spectrum with the same resolution.The simulation shows that the complex analytical zoom vector spectrum can be used in rotary machine fault diagnosis and is an efficient tool for intensive spectrum.
