摘要
高职院校实施"全程导师制"既是对传统"班建制"教育模式的有效补充,更是倡导个性教育,实现教学相长,真正贯彻"以人为本"教育理念和提高教育教学质量的有效措施。文章结合武汉职业技术学院生物工程学院试点的具体情况,分析了导师制的基本内涵、高职实施导师制的必要性,构建了"全程导师制"实施方案,以期推动该制度尽快建立,促进学生综合素质的培养,增强学生就业能力。
The implementation of ＂full tutorial system＂ of higher vocational colleges is not only the effective supplement of traditional ＂class system＂ education mode, but is effective measure to advocate personality education, benefit both teachers and students, and implement ＂people oriented＂ education concept and improve education and teaching quality. Combined with the specific situation of School of Biological Engineering of Wuhan Polytechnic, this paper analyzes the basic connotation of tutorial system, and the necessity of implementing the tutorial system, and constructs the implementation plan of ＂full tutorial system＂ in higher vocational coleges, hoping to promote the construction of the system as soon as possible, promote the training of students＇ comprehensive quality and enhance their employability.
