摘要
由于相关理论基础和实践经验匮乏,导师制在高职教育中的实施遇到许多不可避免的问题,主要有:导师职责定位不明,导师队伍素质偏低,师资结构不尽合理,评价体系不完善,导师积极性易受挫等。为此,必须明确导师工作职责,提升导师的工作执行力;加强导师队伍建设,提升导师的指导和服务能力;拓展导师来源渠道,提高导师的配备比率;健全导师考评机制,提高导师的工作实效。
Because of the shortage of related theories and practical experience,some problems are inevitable in the imple. mentation of tutorial system in higher vocational education,which mainly includes the unclear orientation of tutor duties, the lower qualities of tutors,the irrational tutor structure,the imperfect evaluation system and the tutors'enthusiasm easi. ly frustrated,etc.Thus,it is necessary to definite the tutor duties and improve the tutors'power of execution;intensify the construction of tutor team and increase the tutors'guidance and service abilities;expand the sources of tutors and in. crease the ratio of tutors with equipment;optimize the tutor evaluation system and improve the tutors'working efficiency.
