摘要
果实是人类饮食中必不可少的一部分,研究果实发育和成熟的调控机制可为果实品质改良提供参考。文章首先介绍了果实的命名、演化和多样性,并对果实形成过程中的雌蕊发育、受精过程、果实发育、果实成熟后干果的裂开和肉果的颜色等方面的分子调控机制进行了概述。
The fruit is an essential part of human diet. It is important to study regulation mechanism of fruit development and ripening,which is the base of improving fruit quality. The nomenclature,evoLution and diversity of fruits were firstly introduced in this paper. The molecular regulation mechanism of the gynoeeium development, fertilization, fruits development, dry fruits dehiscence and fleshy fruits color in fruits formation process were also summarized present.
