摘要
论述了当前我国高职校企合作激励机制中存在的问题,认为我国高职校企合作主要存在激励主体单一、利益关系失衡、激励保障机制不健全等一系列问题,并提出了相应的解决措施,以期为高职校企合作的深入、有效开展提供借鉴。
There are various problems existing in the incentive mechanism for cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises,i.e, single incentive subject, imbalaneed relationship between parties interested and incomplete guarantee mechanism for the incentive system. Corresponding countermeasures are then proposed in an attempt to provide references for an in-depth and effective cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises.
