摘要
企业参与职业教育对职业院校和企业都是十分有利的。但目前我国企业参与职业教育的积极性普遍不高,其中一个重要的原因就是激励机制的缺失。该文通过对我国企业参与职业教育激励机制的现状分析,提出了促进企业参与职业教育激励机制的相关要素。
Enterprises＇ participation in vocational education is beneficial to both vocational colleges and enterprises. However, the enthusiasm of enterprises＇ participation in vocational education in China is generally not high. One of the important reasons is the lack of incentives. This paper makes an analysis of the current status of incentive mechanism of enterprises＇ participation in vocational education and puts forward the related elements encouraging enterprises to participate in vocational education.
