摘要
目的 研究建立测定灯盏细辛合剂（无糖型）中野黄芩苷含量的药物分析方法。方法使用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法确定最优的含量测定方法。结果用十八烷基键合硅胶色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-四氢呋喃-0.1%磷酸溶液（14∶14∶72）,流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为335 nm,野黄芩苷进样量在0.05244~0.8391μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=0.9998,n=5）,最低检出限为3.648μg,平均回收率98.2%,RSD=1.71（n=6）。结论该方法准确度高,重现性好,操作流程简明,能用于测定灯盏细辛合剂（无糖型）中野黄芩苷的含量,有效检测药品质量。
Objective Study to establish a pharmaceutical analysis method for determination of Scutellarin content in Dengzhanxixin mixture（sugar-free）. Conclusion The method is convenient,rapid and accurate with good reproducibility and could be used for the quality control of Dengzhanxixin（sugar-free）mixture,effective content of drug quality.
