摘要
目的探讨整体护理对脊髓型颈椎病患者围手术期的影响。方法回顾性分析行颈前路手术治疗的脊髓型颈椎病患者54例,按随机方式均分为对照组和干预组(n=27),对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上给予整体护理。对2组护理依从性、护理满意度及术后护理相关并发症发生率进行比较。结果干预组护理依从性及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组术后护理相关并发症发生率11.1%,对照组为44.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对于脊髓型颈椎病行颈前路手术治疗的患者开展整体护理能减小术后护理相关并发症的发生率,提高患者的护理依从性和护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing on perioperative period among patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy（CSM）. Methods Fifty-four patients with CSM undergoing anterior cervical surgery were evaluated retrospectively. They were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group（n=27）. The control group was taken with conventional nursing. The intervention group was taken with holistic nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. The patient’s compliance and satisfaction degree were analyzed. The incidence of complications related to postoperative care was recorded and compared. Results The compliance and satisfaction degree in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant between two groups（P〈0.05）.The incidence of complications related to postoperative care was 11.1%in the intervention group and 44.4%in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant between two groups（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Holistic nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of complications related to postoperative care in patients with CSM undergoing anterior cervical surgery and improve the patient’s compliance and satisfaction degree.
