摘要
目的 :研究和评价Orion颈前路钢板系统在颈椎前路减压、植骨融合、内固定术中的价值和作用。方法 :38例颈椎疾患行颈前路减压、植骨、Orion钢板内固定。结果 :1例术后 4个月因多器官功能衰竭而死亡 ,余37例随访 4~ 16月 ,平均 9.1月 ,脊髓功能皆有不同程度恢复 ,植骨均融合 ,6例钢板或螺钉位置不理想 ,无钢板螺钉松动 ,滑脱、断裂等并发症。结论 :Orion颈前路钢板系统是目前颈前路减压植骨融合后稳定颈椎较理想的内固定材料 ,其坚强的内固定和有效的固定节段稳定性 ,为促进植骨融合 。
Objective:To study and evaluate the practical value and efficacy of Orion anterior cervical plate system in anterior cervical approach surgery. Methods:Thirty-eight patients underwent anterior cervical fusion using Orion anterior cervical plate system.Results:In the 38 cases,one death occurred as a result of multiorgan failure 4 months after surgery.Solid fusions of bone graft were observed on postoperative plain radiographs in the remaining 37 cases followed up on for 4~16 months(average 9.1 months)without obvious plate and screw complications.All cases with incompletely neurological defect got improved postoperatively.Conclusions:Orion anterior cervical plate system is an ideal internal fixator for the stabilization after decompression and fusion of the anterior cervical spine at prestent.It appears to yield reliable stability for the fixation segments which can promote the bone graft fusion and improve the spinal cord function consequently.
