摘要
目的观察GK大鼠胸主动脉TLR4表达及应用阿托伐他汀其表达水平的变化。探讨TLR4与动脉硬化的关系。方法分组:空白对照组;实验对照组;阿托伐他汀组,5周后应用RT-PCR、Western blot检测各组大鼠胸主动脉TLR4表达。结果实验对照组较空白对照组TLR4表达显著增高,阿托伐他汀组较实验对照组TLR4表达显著降低。结论阿托伐他汀可能通过降低TLR4表达,防治动脉粥样硬化。
Objective To observe the expression of TLR4 in aorta thoracalis of the GK mice and the change of that after using atorvastatin. Methods Mice were divided into control group, experimental control group, atorvastatin group. After five weeks, TLR4 was detected by using PT-PCR and Western blot method. Results The TLR4 level of experimental control group is higher than that of control group. The TLR4 level of atorvastatin group is lower than that of experimental control group（P〈 0.01）. Conclusions Atorvastatin may prevent atherosclerosis through reducing TLR4 expression.
