摘要
随着发动机转速的逐渐升高,曲轴所受外界激励频率也越来越大。为验证所设计发动机曲轴的合理性,利用三维建模软件Catia和有限元分析软件Abaqus对曲轴进行约束模态分析。通过对各阶固有频率和振型的分析可知所设计曲轴避免了共振发生的可能。同时,各阶的振型图为后续的动态优化设计提供了理论基础。
With the gradual increase of the engine's rotational speed, the external excitation frequency of crankshafts also increases. In order to validate the rationality of the engine crankshaft, 3D modeling software Catia and FEM software Abaqus were used to present a constrained mode analysis on the crankshaft. By analyzing the vibration modes and free frequencies in different phases, we can know that the crankshaft can avoid the resonance. In the meantime, the vibration modes in different phases will provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent dynamic optimized design of crankshaft.
