摘要 以Bently转子试验台为对象,轴采用梁单元,其它零件采用实体单元,建立转子-轴承-基础系统的多体组合三维有限元模型。转子轴颈与轴承之间采用耦合节点约束,对系统整体进行有限元模态分析。与试验结果对比显示,有限元法计算结果与试验数据基本一致,建立的有限元模型可为研究转子动力学相关问题提供一定的理论依据。 Taking bently rotor kit as subject, a 3D-finite element model was established using both beam and solid element. Coupling constraint between journal of rotor and bearing was set up. Taking the rotor-bearing-base system as a whole, modal analysis was carried out by method of finite element.Analysis shows that the results obtained by finite element method are basically consistent with the data obtained by experimental model analysis. It provides a theoretical basis for the study of issues related to rotor dynamics.
