摘要
曲轴的强度对于发动机整体性能有着非常重要的影响.通过Solidworks软件对发动机曲轴进行建模,通过ANSYS有限元分析软件对曲轴的模态进行分析,根据曲轴各阶模态的固有频率及振型,对曲轴的优化设计提供一定的理论分析基础.
The strength of the crankshaft has very important impact on the overall performance of the engine. In this paper, the engine crankshaft is modeled by Solidworks Software, and the modal analysis of the crankshaft is analyzed by ANSYS FEM software, including natural frequency and vibration modes of crankshaft modal, and the theoretical basis for the optimum design of crankshaft is provided.
