摘要
介绍了机械完整性基本理论和设备管理策略,叙述了化工厂实施机械完整性项目对于预防工艺安全事故的重要性。实施机械完整性项目前后的一些实践运作,从关键设备的识别到管理程序的建立,员工技能培训,设备检验测试和日常预防性维护,设备及其备品备件以及安装制造过程的质量控制,并结合实际生产运行中出现的一些问题解决方案,机械完整性的核心是在保证安全的前提下,以整合和动态的策略处理设备的作业过程,并保证每一作业的落实和品质保证。
This paper introduced the basic theory of mechanical integrity and equipment management strategy, described the importance of mechanical integrity program implement in chemical factory on the prevention of safety accident process. Some practice operation before and after the implementation of mechanical integrity program, from the identification of key equipment to the establishment of management procedures, staff skill training, equipment testing and daily preventive maintenance, equipment and spare parts, quality control during manufacturing and installing process, and combined with some of the problems appeared in practical production solution. The core of the mechanical integrity was dealing with equipment operation process with integrate and dynamic strategy, and ensured the implementation of each activity and quality assurance under the premise of security guarantee.
