摘要
介绍了某炼化企业构建设备完整性管理体系的情况,经过体系创建规划、设备管理初始状况评审、组织机构团队建设、体系文件编制、技术方法应用、信息平台开发建设等,用一年的时间完成了设备完整性体系建设,通过一段时间的运行,设备管理初具成效。
The construction of equipment integrity management system in a refinery was introduced.The equipment integrity system construction was completed in one year after system planning,equipment management initial status review,organization and team construction,system documentation,application of technical methods and development of information platform.Through a period of operation,equipment management has begun to take effect.
