摘要
随着石化装置在社会经济中发挥的作用越来越重要,石化装置的长周期运行逐渐成为石化企业的目标,“十四五”期间中国石化企业提出“五年一修”的目标。静设备完整性管理对石油化工企业的健康发展具有重要的意义,文章结合石化企业生产过程中的静设备管理进行了探究。分析静设备完整性管理的内涵与管理体系,并介绍了静设备完整性管理技术以及目前的实际应用情况,并结合实际生产需求提出石油化工企业静设备完整性管理的建议,为静设备的长周期运行提供理论指导与实践探索。
With the increasingly important role of petrochemical plants in the social economy,the long-term operation of petrochemical plants has gradually become the goal of petrochemical enterprises.During the 14th Five Year Plan period,China›s petrochemical enterprises proposed the goal of“one repair every f ive years”.The integrity management of static equipment is of great signif icance for the healthy development of petrochemical enterprises.This article explores the management of static equipment in the production process of petrochemical enterprises.Analyze the connotation and management system of static equipment integrity management,introduce the technology and current practical application of static equipment integrity management,and propose suggestions for static equipment integrity management in petrochemical enterprises based on actual production needs,providing theoretical guidance and practical exploration for the long-term operation of static equipment.
