摘要 本文分析了中药代煎的应用调查数据,以及有关代煎方法与传统方法比较研究的文献。两种煎药方法各有利弊,各有市场。以理化手段评价两种方法的文献因评价指标不同而有不同结果,而以药效药理手段为评价标准的研究较少。认为仍需针对两种煎药方式探讨适合的研究方法,并对中药代煎业务加强监管。 The survey data on the application of TCM decoction services and relevant literatures on the comparative studies between TCM decoction by patients themselves and by TCM decoction services (by machine) were analyzed. There exited both advantages and disadvantages and respective markets in two methods for TCM decoction. Different results occurred due to the different criteria when two methods were assessed by physical and chemical means, and the study on the efifcacy of different decoctions was a little when the methods were evaluated by pharmacology and pharmacodynamics. Appropriate research methods and criteria for the efifcacy evaluation of two methods should be still explored and the supervision of TCM decoction services should be strengthen.
