摘要
目的:了解上海市医疗机构内中药饮片使用情况,探讨促进合理用药水平提高的措施。方法:在上海市7家医疗机构内,对2015年7月限定调查周期内的处方和患者进行多中心的随机调研,指标采用笔者的前期研究成果。结果:每张处方平均药味数(17.46±6.44)种,日均药费(24.09±21.05)元,饮片超剂量比例为26.38%,患者平均候药时间为(26.10±24.83)min,患者正确了解中药饮片服用方法的比例为84.13%,患者就诊综合满意率为87.94%。结论:应建立科学规范的饮片合理用药指标,尤其在饮片组方、给药剂量、规范调剂给付以及患者宣教四方面加强管理。
OBJECTIVE To investigate situations of rational use of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）and measures to promote rational use of TCM in Hospitals in Shanghai.METHODS Random research method was adopted in seven hospitals in Shanghai by investigating prescriptions and surveying patients in July 2015.RESULTS Average number of drugs per prescription was 17.46±6.44,average daily expenses for medicine was 24.09±21.05 yuan,drug overdose ratio was 26.38%,average waiting time in patients was 26.10±24.83 min,percentage of patients understanding drug use and decocting method was84.13%,percentage of satisfaction of patients with all medical processes was 87.94%.CONCLUSION It should establish scientific and standard indications for rational TCM use,especially in TCM formula,dosage,standardization of dispensing and patient education.
