摘要
目的:探究补益类煎剂的煎煮方法。方法:以生脉饮为代表方剂,采用电热式自动煎药机,以浸膏收得率、总皂苷含量、多糖含量和五味子醇甲含量为评价指标,通过正交试验优选煎煮方法;并与不同煎煮方法比较优劣。结果:中药饮片粉碎过10~24目筛,浸泡0~15min,用电热式自动煎药机在121℃下加压煎煮10~20min,各项评价指标能够达到或超过传统煎煮方法和医院代煎煮方法。结论:该方法简易、稳定,制备时间短,可为医院补益类煎剂煎煮提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the decocting methods of tonic decoction. METHODS: Represented by Shengmai yin, us- ing electrothermal and automatical medicine-decocting machine, decocting methods was optimized by orthogonal test with extrac- tion rate, amount of total saponion, polysaccharide and schizandrin as indexes; advantages and disadvantages of optimized method was compared with the different decocting method to determine decoction technology. RESULTS: Optimal decocting method was as follows: sifted through 10-24 mesh, soaking for 0-15 min and pressurized decocting for 10-20 rain at 121 ℃ using electrother- mal and automatical medicine-decocting machine. The indexes were up to or superior to traditional decocting method and hospital decocting method. CONCLUSION: The method is simple and stable, shortens preparation time, and can provide reference for the decocting method of tonic decoction in the hospital.
