摘要
分配正义理论有着深厚的理论渊源。时至今日,它已经成为国际学术界普遍探讨的理论话题,甚至在现代性的理论语境中兴起了一股试图否定分配正义的思潮。然而,分配正义是我们当前面临的一个不可回避的客观话题,它贯穿于整个社会以及每一个人维持生存的基础性资源分配、谋求发展的竞争过程以及尘埃落定之后对弱者的补偿环节之中。在我国的现代化建设过程中,我们必须认真面对和科学认知分配正义,正确判断针对分配正义的各种不合理理解,在促进经济发展的同时,关注分配正义中所包含的人文精神。
There is profound theoretical origin about the theory of distributive justice. Up to this day, it has already became into a common theoretical topic in the international academic circles, and even, the ideological trend is been growing up and attempting to negative distributive justice in the viewpoint of modernity. While, distributive justice is a objective topic that cannot be avoided in front of us, it penetrated in the whole society and the links belonging to the distribution of basic resource about everyone＇s life, seeking development to competed process, makeing up for the poor after the two formers. In the process of our national modernization, we must seriously face with and scientifically perceive distributive justice, correctively judge different unreasonable points, to promote the development of economy, meanwhile, pay close attention to the humanistic spirit that is included in the distributive justice.
