摘要
民族地区政府行政环境和制度背景的特殊性决定了其内部控制制度的独特性。推行民族地区政府内控有助于高效履行职责,加快民族地区服务型政府建设,遏制腐败现象滋生蔓延。实施民族地区政府内控制度应当根据因地制宜的原则,并且充分考虑行政环境、交流信息、面临风险、执行措施、监督等方面的特殊性,从而高效率地实现民族地区政府内部控制目标。
Particularity of ethnic regional government administrative environment and institutional context determines the specificity of its internal control construction. Government internal control of ethnic regions helps ethnic regional governments to perform their duties efficiently,promote the construction of the service-oriented government in China＇s ethnic regions,curb the growth and spread of corruption. The construction of government internal control of ethnic regions should accord to local conditions,and fully consider its particularity in the administrative environment,information exchange,risk faced,enforcement measures and supervision and other aspects to efficiently achieve objectives of government internal control of ethnic regions.
