摘要
阐述了内部控制的主要内容 ,针对我国企业内部控制存在的问题 ,分析了其产生的原因 ,对于如何建立有效的企业内部控制体系提出了具体措施。
An introduction is made of the main contents of internal control in enterprises.An analysis is made of the problems with internal control in China's enterprises and their causes.Specific measures are proposed on how to establish an effective internal control system in enterprises.
