摘要
民族地区是我国实行民族区域自治制度条件下的一个特殊区域。民族地区政府是我国政府体系中的一个具有一定自治权力的政府体系。本文即对民族地区政府绩效评估的基本理念、评估的指标及其体系进行初步探讨。
National area is a special area under the condition of national area autonomous system in our country and national government is a government system which has certain autonomous power. The paper mainly discusses basic concepts, target and system of evaluating government achievement efficiency.
