摘要
政府绩效评估是一种非常重要的管理工具,是一个国际公认的难题;政府绩效评估在西方国家受到极大的重视和推广,已呈现出制度化、规范化和科学化的特点和趋势;中国政府绩效评估虽已走上实践舞台但任重道远;中国政府绩效评估主体是由外部评估主体和内部评估主体构成的一个有机系统。
Government performance appraise is an very important management instrument, which is internationally thought to be a problem. Government performance appraise has been greatly valued and spread that it takes on characteristics and tendencies of institution, norm and science. In China government performance appaise has been on stage though with a heary burden on a long road. Chinese government performance appraiser is an organic system composed of government external appraiser and internal appraiser.
