摘要
目的探讨术前护理干预对初次无痛人流患者手术的影响。方法随机将360例患者分为干预组和对照组,分别实施术前护理干预和常规护理。结果术前护理干预明显舒缓初次无痛人流患者的紧张、焦虑等负面情绪,减少术中术后不良反应,麻醉效果优级率明显提高。结论术前护理干预可减少初次无痛人流患者术中术后的不良反应和并发症,对初次无痛人流患者的手术顺利实施具有重要的作用。
Objective To study the effect of preoperative nursing on patients with first painless induced abortion oper- ation. Methods A total of 360 cases were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, preoperative nursing intervention and usual care were done respectively. Results The preoperative nursing intervention could relieve the tension, anxiety and other negative emotions of the first patients with painless induced abortion obviously, reduced postoperative adverse reaction, the rate of good anesthesia effect increased obviously. Conclusion Preoperative nursing intervention can reduce postoperative adverse reactions and complications of the patients with first painless induced abortion operation and it plays an important role to the successful operative implementation of the patients with first painless induced abortion operation.
