摘要
目的研究流产关爱改善青少年人工流产者术后不良反应的效果。方法选取2016年6~12月在我院门诊进行诊疗的青少年人工流产者184例,将所有患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组92例,对照组实施常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上实施流产关爱,比较两组患者的焦虑情绪、术中疼痛程度及人工流产综合征发生率。结果实验组的焦虑评分为(47.6±2.5)分,明显低于对照组为(54.8±3.4)分,疼痛评分为(4.1±1.2)分,明显低于对照组的(6.2±2.3)分,术后人工流产综合征发生率为(9.8%)低于对照组(22.8%),上述指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论流产关爱应用于青少年人工流产者,能够降低患者的焦虑程度及疼痛程度,降低术后人工流产综合征发生率。
Objective Tostudy the abortion care improvement of adverse reaction induced abortion postoperative effect. Methods 184 cases collected from June to December 2016 in our hospital for treatmentof adolescent abortion,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the control group received the routine nursing,the experimental group of abortion care on the basis of routine nursing, the experimental group received abortion care on the basis of routine nursing,compared two groups of patients with anxiety,intraoperative pain and abortion syndrome rate.Results In the experimental group,the anxiety score [（47.6±2.5）points] was significantly lower than the control group [（54.8±3.4） points],pain score [（4.1±1.2）points] was significantly lower than the control group [（6.2±2.3）points],the postoperative incidence of abortion syndrome （9.8%） than in the control group （22,8%）,the differences was statistically significant （P〈 0.01）.Conclusion Abortion care can be used to reduce anxiety and pain in young people with induced abortion,and reduce the incidence of postoperative abortion syndrome.
