摘要 随着智能电网的建设,电网一户一表改造的推进,智能电能表的需求量急剧增加。为满足目前巨大数量智能电能表的检测需求,设计一种智能电能表自动化流水线检定系统,实现自动传输、自动接拆线、自动检定、自动封印、贴标和智能分拣入库等功能,实现智能电能表检定全过程的自动化和智能化,有效避免人工误差,提高智能电能表的检定质量和效率。 With the smart grid construction,as well as a household a table in the transformation of power grid, the demand of intelligent electric energy meters has risen sharply.A kind of intelligent electric energy meter automation verification pipeline system is designed to meet the huge number of intelligent electric energy meter verification requirements,which can realize automatic transmission,automatic stitch,automatic calibration,automatic sealing,automatic labeling and intelligent sorting inventory, and other functions.The system can calibrate intelligent electric energy meters automatically and intelligently in the full process, and avoid the man-made factors effectively, and improve the quality and efficiency of the calibration.
