摘要 针对电能表自动化检定流水线表位数目众多且表位故障频率较高,依靠人工巡视远不能满足及时修复故障表位需求的问题,提出一种电能表自动化检定流水线表位故障定位及报警系统,从控制电路及软件设计等方面进行分析,认为该系统能准确定位发生故障的表位并进行报警,同时将故障表位信息显示在用户界面上,并对该系统进行了验证试验,结果表明该系统具有可行性。 The automatic verification pipeline of electric energy meter has many meter positions,and the frequency of meter position fault is relatively high. Relying on manual inspection can not meet the needs of timely repairing the fault meter position. According to the problem,a meter position fault location and alarm system for the automatic verification pipeline of electric energy meter is proposed. Through the analysis of control circuit and software design,it is considered that the system can locate the fault meter position accurately and alarm,and display the fault meter position information on user interface. The test results show that the system is feasible.
