摘要
针对检定合格的智能电能表中有封印脱落的问题,研制了一种表计封印验证装置;对装置的软件、硬件及器件选型进行了分析,对装置验证的成功率进行了测试。试验结果表明：封印验证装置能够将封印松动或者脱落的电能表全部识别出来,产生了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
To the problem of sealing off qualified electric energy meter,a meter seal testing device is developed;software,hardware and device selection are analyzed,The success rate of device verification is tested. The test results showed that： The seal testing device is able to identify all of the loosened or disengaged electric energy meter,which produce a good economic and social benefits.
