摘要
目的探讨"医护一体化教学"方法在口腔护理专业学生实训教学中的应用,并评价其教学效果。方法对56名全日制护理专业口腔护理方向大专生进行四手操作实训改革,整合教学资源,医护同步进行四手操作教学。结果实训后学生对治疗流程的掌握、器械摆放合理传递及时、仪器使用正确、及时提供治疗用物并吸唾、配合熟练顺畅、及时准确与医生交流、沟通效果医生满意、积极主动配合治疗8个项目得分及总分均高于实训前(P<0.05);学生对教学效果的评价在提高学习兴趣、增加临床工作信心方面的满意率较高,分别为95.54%、95.98%。结论 "医护一体化教学"可以提高口腔护理专业学生的四手操作配合能力,从而更快地适应临床工作的需求,真正实现教学与岗位工作需求的密切结合。
Objective To evaluate the effect of dentist-nurse group didactics in four-handed dentistry teaching for stomatological nursing students. Methods The dentist-nurse group didactics mode was implemented in four-handed dentistry teaching for 56 stomatological nursing students. Results After training,students' performance in the comprehensive exam was improved significantly(P〈0.05),especially in the aspects of mastery of treatment procedures,correct preparation,handover and use of apparatus and instruments,accurate cooperation and communication with dentists,initiative cooperation and the dentist's satisfaction. Moreover,the students showed high satisfaction with learning interest(95.54%) and confidence(95.98%). Conclusion The dentist-nurse group didactics mode can improve nursing students' four-handed dentistry skills,facilitate them to adapt to clinical work and realize the integration of teaching and clinical work.
