铜矿尾砂绿色混凝土的力学性能及耐久性试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 利用铜矿尾砂部分取代混凝土拌合料中河砂的方法,制作出水灰比分别为0.4、0.45、0.5,尾砂外掺率从0%至60%的绿色新型环保混凝土,即铜矿尾砂混凝土。通过对强度等级为C30的试件进行各种工况的力学试验,研究了铜矿尾砂外掺率对混凝土的抗压强度和抗弯强度的影响,另外考虑到耐久性问题,对试件进行了硫酸盐侵蚀试验。结果表明:在水灰比为0.4、0.45和0.5的情况下,铜矿尾砂对拌合料进行外掺(外掺率最高可达60%),且在尾砂高外掺率下试件表现出良好的强度特性和耐久性能。 By using copper tailing for partial replacement of river sand in cement concrete,the concrete specimens with water / cement ratios of 0. 4,0. 45 and 0. 5 were prepared from 0% to 60% substitution of copper tailing. C30 grade of concrete was adopted in the various conditions of experimental process. Tests were done to study the effects of replacement rate for compressive strength and flexural strength. Additionally,sulphate attack resistance in concrete specimens was determined. The results show that river sand of concrete may be replaced with copper tailing partially( up to 60% replacement),with water / cement ratios of 0. 4,0. 45 and 0. 5. Under the condition of top replacement,the copper tailing concrete exhibited good strength and durability characteristics.
