摘要
针对现有透水砖在透水性能和力学性能方面存在的问题,对一种以钼尾矿为主要原料的新型玻璃透水砖进行了研究。采用二次烧结的方法,先将钼尾矿等原料熔制成基础玻璃,再把基础玻璃按照粒度大小分类并在不同温度下进行烧结,得到玻璃透水砖试样。对试样的透水系数、抗压强度、抗折强度进行测试分析。结果表明,当基础玻璃粒度为4~2 mm、烧结温度为760~810℃时,试样各项性能较为理想。此时试样的透水系数为0. 92~2. 31 cm/s,抗压强度为2. 54~3. 54 MPa,抗折强度为3. 9~9. 2 MPa。以钼尾矿为原料制备的玻璃透水砖,可以同时具备良好的透水性能和力学性能,也为钼尾矿综合利用提供了一条有效途径,有很好的应用前景。
In view of the problems existing in the permeability and mechanical properties of existing permeable bricks,a new type of glass permeable bricks with molybdenum tailings as the main raw material was studied. By means of double sintering,molybdenum tailings and other raw materials were first melted into basic glass,and then the basic glass was classified according to its size and sintered at different temperatures to obtain glass permeable brick samples. The permeability coefficient,compression strength and rupture strength of the sample were tested and analyzed. The results show that when the base glass particle size is 4-2 mm and the sintering temperature is 760-810 ℃,the performance of the sample is ideal. At this time the permeability coefficient is 0. 92-2. 31 cm/s,the compressive strength is 2. 54-3. 54 MPa and the flexural strength is 3. 9-9. 2 MPa. Glass permeable brick made from molybdenum tailings can have good water permeability and mechanical properties at the same time,and it provides an effective way for comprehensive utilization of molybdenum tailings. It has good application prospects.
