摘要
利用SRAP和SSR技术对42份茄子材料进行了分子鉴定,开展了SRAP和SSR标记分析,12对SRAP引物获得244条特征带,13对SSR引物获得62对特征带,共计306条特征带。聚类结果显示:茄子的遗传多样性丰富,聚类结果与果实性状存在一定的相关性,但整个聚类图呈现茄子基因互相渗透现象,单基因特性和茄子的表型不能完全对应,说明茄子资源在常年自然选择过程中基因聚合发挥作用比较普遍。
The genetic diversity was analyzed using SRAP and SSR markers for forty-two eggplant cultivars. A total of 306 polymorphic bands were obtained using 12 pairs of SRAP primers and 13 pairs of SSR primer, including 244 SRAP polymorphic bands and 62 SSR polymorphic bands. This cluster results revealed that there had high level of genetic diversity in the eggplant germplasms and existed correlations to a certain degree between the cluster result and fruit traits of eggplants. The cluster results indicated the gene penetration phenomenon was found among eggplant gene, so the result can't agree with single gene characteristics and the phenotype of eggplant. The result indicate that the gene polymerization played the common role in the natural selection process of eggplant germplasms.
