摘要
利用57个RAPD引物标记对16份茄子材料进行遗传亲缘关系分析。结果表明,从200个RAPD引物中筛选出多态性引物57对,这些引物扩增出274条多态性片段,多态性位点百分率达49.73%。以UPGMA方法对其聚类,所有材料间相似系数在0.35-1.00之间,在相似系数0.45水平上可以把材料分成3类。
The genetic diversity of 16 eggplant (Solanum melongena L. ) acccessions was analyzed with RAPD (random amplified polymorphic DNA). The results showed that 274(49.73%) polymorphic loci were detected among the total 551 loci amplified by 57 screened random primers out of 200 primers. The RAPD-based genetic similarity ranged from 0.35 to 1.00. Cluster analysis with UPGMA showed that the materials tested could be divided into three groups at the level of genetic similarity coefficient of 0.45.
