摘要
现代社会对高职院校英语人才尤其是商务英语人才的需求不断增大,对其人才质量的要求也不断提高。而高职院校商务英语专业教师专业化发展却面临诸多现实障碍,问题日益突出,其师资队伍的整体质量和素质明显滞后于其发展规律。高职商务英语教师必须树立终身学习的理念,明确其专业化发展的目的,积极运用反思性教学,不断提高自己的专业及教学能力,以促进教师专业化的发展。
Nowadays the need for business English graduates is becoming larger and larger,and the demand for the quality of talents is also rising.However,the professional development of higher vocational business English teachers is facing with a great many difficulties.Problems have become increasingly prominent,the overall quality of its faculty and its development has lagged far behind.Therefore,higher vocational business English teachers must establish the concept of lifelong learning,clearly understand the purpose of their professional development,and actively use reflective teaching,and continuously improve their professional and teaching ability,so as to promote the professional development.
