摘要
肿瘤的发生发展是由于多种因素共同作用所致,DNA的损伤是其中的重要原因之一。XRCC是X线修复交叉互补基因,参与DNA的修复过程。目前已经克隆的有单链断裂修复基因XRCC1和双链断裂修复基因XRCC2-7,有大量研究证明:它们的多态性与乳腺癌的易感性有着密切的相关性。本文就XRCC1-7与乳腺癌易感性的相关性进行综述。
The development of tumor is caused by many factors working together,DNA damage is one of the important reasons.XRCC is X-ray repair cross-complementing genes,involved in DNA repair.Single-strand break repair gene XRCC1 and double-strand break repair gene XRCC2-7 have been cloned.There are a large number of studies have shown that the polymorphisms of XRCC and susceptibility to breast cancer are closely correlated.This article will review the correlation between XRCC1-7 and breast cancer susceptibility.
