摘要
社会工作者的离职往往与社工机构缺乏有效的激励机制、机构吸引力不足有关。因此,如何有效地察觉社工机构激励机制的特殊性,从而建立科学、灵活的人才激励机制是社会工作机构良性发展的必要条件。基于此,本文以赫茨伯格提出的双因素理论为视角,尝试对社会工作服务机构激励的必要性、特殊性和社会工作服务机构激励机制存在的问题,以及如何完善社会工作服务机构的激励机制进行了一些探析。
The resignation of social workers often has great relationship with the lack of an effective incentive mechanism and the attractiveness deficiency of social service organizations. Therefore, how to effectively detect the particularity of social institutions' incentive mechanism and estabhsh a scientific and flexible talent incentive mechanism is a necessary condition for the healthy development of social service organizations. Based on this point, this paper used the two-factor theory proposed by Herzberg and tried to make some exploration and response on the necessity,the particularity and the existing problems of the incentive mechanism of social service organizations, and how to improve the institution's incentive mechanism.
