摘要文章通过对目前国内外非营利组织人力资源管理理论研究的最新进展进行系统的归纳综述,认为如何对非营利组织人力资源进行有效的管理,不但要研究具体的人力资源管理活动,而且要通过寻求有效的激励约束机制对人力资源进行有效配置。
