摘要 城市中压配电网规划是一项大规模组合优化问题。针对目前城市中压配电网普遍采用的电缆单环网接线模式进行深入分析,提出一种新的规划方法。利用遗传算法的全局收敛特性进行负荷分组,采用旅行商问题路径优化方法进行具体路径规划,获得闭环网络;在此基础上通过最小化功率损耗选择联络线。实际算例证明,所提方法优化了编码策略,提高了收敛速度,能够有效解决城市中压配电网规划问题,对实际的城市中压配电网规划更具指导意义。 Urban medium voltage distribution network planning is a large-scale combinatorial optimization issue. The cable single-ring network mode commonly used in current urban medium voltage distribution network is analyzed in this paper,and a new method of planning is proposed. The global convergence properties of genetic algorithms are a-dopted to determine the load group,and the traveling salesman problem path optimization method is used to plan the specific path. Then the closed-loop network is obtained. On this basis,the contact line is selected by minimizing power loss. Practical example proves that the proposed method optimizes the coding strategy,improves the conver-gence rate. It can effectively solve the issue of urban medium voltage distribution network planning,and it is more in-structive to actual urban medium voltage distribution network planning.
