项目中台的配电网智能规划功能实用化拓展研究 被引量:3

摘要 配电网精准规划是指导企业决策和电网科学发展的动力,但目前“网上电网”平台规划设计模块的功能还不足以支撑实用化的配电网规划设计;直接将配电网规划的具体业务功能集成在项目中台,会与中台的功能定位相冲突。随着配电网规划工作广泛开展,亟需相应的规划工具支持。为此,基于新型配电网规划的需求,开发了可接入项目中台的新型配电网智能规划功能实用化拓展平台,使配电网规划项目从必要性分析到最终图纸报告报表出版的全流程均纳入其中。该平台可作为“输入插头”接入数据中台以获取所需的输入数据,作为“输出插头”将编制好的完整项目输出至项目中台。 Accurate distribution network planning is the driving force to guide enterprise decision:making and scientifc development of power grid,but the function of the"online power grid"plat form planning and design module is not enough to support practical distri bution network planning and design.Directly integra ting the specific business functions of distribution network planning into project mid plat form will conflict with the function positioning of the mid-platform.With the extensive development of distribution network planning,there is an urgent need for corresponding planning tools.To this end,based on the needs of new dis tribution network planning,a practical expansion platform for the intelligent planning function of the new distri bution network that can be connected to the center of the project is developed,so that the whole.process of the distribution network planning project from necessity analysis to final drawing report is included.The platform can be used as an"input plug"to access the data middle office to obtain the required input data,and as an"output plug"to output the compiled complete project to the project center.
